People can't connect with what they don't understand.

You might have the expertise. The idea. The audience. Even an established business. But if what makes you valuable isn't clear online, the right people can easily overlook it.

I work with experts, coaches and creators to uncover what makes them worth paying attention to, communicate it clearly, and build the website that helps the right audience find and engage with it.

01 / Perspective

You probably don't need to become more like everyone else.

A lot of people build their online presence backwards. They see what's working for someone else. Then they copy the website. The content. The offer. The language. The strategy.

Eventually, everyone starts looking remarkably similar.

But your experiences, perspective, expertise, interests and ambitions are different. That difference is useful. The challenge is turning it into something other people can understand.

That's where I start.

Clarity first.
Visibility second.

SEO can bring someone to your website. Content can put you in front of thousands. A beautiful site can make you look professional. But none of that compensates for being unclear about why someone should care.

02 / Who this is for

Different people. The same underlying problem.

A

Creators

You have ideas, experience or an audience, but need to turn it into a clearer identity, platform, community or commercial direction.

B

Coaches & Experts

You're good at what you do. Your online presence should make that obvious. Right now it doesn't quite carry the weight of the real thing.

C

Expert-led Businesses

The business already works, but your website, positioning or digital strategy no longer reflects where you're going.

D

Agencies & Media

You have an audience, service or platform that needs clearer positioning, stronger discoverability or a more coherent digital presence.

Different industries need different strategies. That's the point.

03 / What we can work on

Positioning and a website first. Search as the layer that grows it.

Where it starts. We find what's actually valuable, decide who it's for, and shape how it should be understood — so someone landing on you can answer "who are you, why should I care, and is this for me?" in seconds.

Most work begins with the first two. The rest is the growth layer — added once there's something clear and worth being found.

04 / How I work

Discover Define Build Grow

01

Discover

Find what's actually valuable. Understand the person, the business, the audience and the ambition — including the angle you might not have noticed yourself.

02

Define

Turn the insight into direction. Clarify positioning, messaging, audience and offer — so it's obvious who you are and why it matters.

03

Build

Turn the strategy into something real. Website, landing pages, structure and enquiry journeys that reflect the actual quality of what you do.

04

Grow

Make it discoverable. SEO, search, content and — when it's right — community and outreach, so the right people keep finding it.

The goal isn't simply more attention. It's the right attention.

05 / Where to start

The Clarity Sprint

A focused way to find the angle — before committing to a full build.

A short, fixed-scope engagement to work out what actually makes you valuable, how it should be positioned, and what your website needs to do about it. You leave with clear direction — whether or not we build the site together afterwards.

  • 01A working session to dig into your background, business, audience and the angle others have missed.
  • 02A positioning direction — who you're for, why you're different, and how to say it plainly.
  • 03A website & search action plan — what to change, in what order, to make it clear and findable.

07 / About

I tend to see the angle before I see the template.

One size fits one — while still connecting with many.

My approach starts with curiosity. I'm interested in why people behave the way they do, what makes certain ideas connect, and why two people with similar skills can be perceived completely differently.

I've always been drawn to different people, industries, cultures and perspectives, which gives me a fairly wide lens on a problem. Sometimes the thing someone thinks is too niche, too unusual or too personal is exactly what makes their perspective interesting. My job is to find those connections.

Then I combine that thinking with the practical side — websites, SEO, search data, content and digital strategy — to turn the idea into something people can actually experience.

Let's work out what you're actually trying to build.
