Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This policy explains what information Onemarque ("I", "me", "my") collects when you use onemarque.co.uk, how I use it, and the rights you have. Onemarque is the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions, get in touch through the contact form.

What I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me:

I do not use tracking that identifies you personally, and I do not buy or collect data about you from other sources.

How I use it, and my lawful basis

I use your information to respond to and assess your enquiry, to arrange and hold a call, and — if we agree to work together — to deliver the work and handle related admin such as invoicing.

My lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries about my services and running my business) and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and business. They process your information only to provide their service to me, under their own privacy terms:

Some of these providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU-approved transfer mechanisms) to protect it. I don't otherwise share your information, unless I'm required to by law.

Cookies & analytics

This site keeps tracking to a minimum and uses no advertising cookies. The booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com and may set cookies necessary for scheduling when you interact with it. If I add analytics, I use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics wherever possible.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to deliver work. If we don't end up working together, I remove enquiry details within around 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how I use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact me through the form on this site and I'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
